jt990 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the jt990 platform ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any person using this website ("you", "user", "member").

By registering an account at jt990 or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — both of which form an integral part of this agreement.

To become a member of jt990 and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. No service on this platform is available to anyone under 21.

We may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

You confirm that you are not accessing this platform from any area or region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to be aware of the laws in your own area.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited. Where multiple accounts are opened from the same household or address, we reserve the right to carry out verification.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when opening an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. If any of your details change, please inform our support team as soon as possible.

We may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Proof of current address (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

The following payment methods are currently supported at jt990:

• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet

Transactions via any method not listed above will not be processed.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 — applicable to all methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. We reserve the right to request additional verification if any transaction appears unusual or suspicious.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payment of any applicable taxes or duties is the user's own responsibility. jt990 does not provide any tax advice.

New members at jt990 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawing bonus winnings.

No bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The contribution rate may vary by game — contact the support team for details.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• jt990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses apply only to real money deposits; they do not apply to gifted or transferred funds.

jt990 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are supplied through accredited providers, all transactions are secured by SSL encryption, and outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is entirely impartial.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bot, script, or automation tool

• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage

If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be cancelled immediately and all balances forfeited.

If a technical error causes incorrect bets, incorrect odds, or incorrect amounts to be displayed, jt990 reserves the right to void or correct those results. Any payments made due to an error may be reclaimed. If a technical issue occurs, please notify our support team immediately.

All content on the jt990 website — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is protected by intellectual property rights. No content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior permission. Intellectual property rights in game content belong to the respective game provider.

Details on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you are also consenting to that policy. We never sell your information to third parties.

jt990 is not liable for:

• Games or bets cancelled due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Losses arising from a user sharing their own login details with a third party
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence
• Delayed transactions caused by issues with a third-party payment provider

Our maximum liability in any specific incident is limited to the value of the relevant transaction in your account.

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request.

Any previous verbal or written understandings are superseded by this agreement. If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
